LET'S GET TO WORK.

FITNESS COACHING SHOULDN’T BE A LUXURY.

I’ve always believed that having a personal trainer, a solid nutrition plan, and someone in your corner shouldn’t only be available to people who make a lot of money or can afford expensive gym memberships and coaching.

Getting healthier, stronger, losing weight, or building muscle shouldn’t depend on the size of your paycheck.

That’s where Hoffman Fitness comes in.

My goal is to provide real, personalized fitness and nutrition coaching at a price that everyday people can actually afford. Whether you’re just getting started or you’re ready to take your training to a completely different level, there should be an option that works for you.

I’m not interested in charging ridiculous prices just because personal training has become expensive. I want to help people. Period.

You’ll still get the structure, accountability, guidance, support, and personal attention you’d expect from quality coaching—without feeling like you need a second job just to pay for it.

Good coaching shouldn’t be reserved for people with deep pockets.

Real coaching. Fair prices. No bullshit.

Welcome to Hoffman Fitness.

 My Fitness Journey

Fitness has been around me for most of my life, but living a healthy lifestyle wasn’t always part of who I was.

Some of my earliest memories of weight training came from watching my dad lift when I was a kid. As my brothers and I got older, we got into lifting too. By the time I was around 15, I was weight training myself, but for many years it was something I did on and off. I enjoyed lifting, but I hadn’t yet made the connection between training, nutrition, health, and an overall lifestyle.

Outside of the gym, I wasn’t taking very good care of myself.

I drank far too much alcohol, smoked cigarettes, and my food choices—especially after a night of drinking—were about as far from healthy as you could get. Eventually, years of those choices began catching up with me. I gained a significant amount of weight, felt terrible much of the time, and even developed fatty liver disease from my drinking.

Then came a moment I’ll never forget.

I stepped on the scale and saw 380 pounds.

That was a number I never wanted to see, and I knew right then that something had to change. Not temporarily. Not another half-hearted attempt. I needed to change the way I was living my life.

So I did.

I stopped drinking. I threw away the cigarettes. I changed the way I ate, committed myself fully to weight training, and started taking my health seriously.

This time, I took my training to another level.

The weights that had been part of my life since childhood became something much bigger. Training became a lifestyle. I started learning more about nutrition, bodybuilding, muscle growth, and what it really takes to transform your body through consistency and discipline.

The weight started coming off. I became stronger and built muscle. My health improved dramatically, and through quitting alcohol and losing the weight, I was able to reverse the fatty liver disease that had developed from years of drinking.

That meant more to me than any number on a scale ever could.

But my journey didn’t end when the weight came off—and it still hasn’t ended.

I’m still training. I’m still learning. I’m still building muscle, setting new goals, and pushing myself to become better than I was yesterday. I’ve experienced the setbacks, plateaus, hard days, and days when motivation simply isn’t there. I’ve learned that changing your body and your life doesn’t happen overnight.

It takes consistency. It takes discipline. And most importantly, it takes making the decision that you’re worth the effort.

Somewhere along my own journey, fitness became about more than what I could accomplish for myself. I developed a genuine passion for helping other people discover what they’re capable of too.

So I went back to school, worked hard, and earned certifications as an Elite Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Fitness Coach, and Bodybuilding Specialist. Those certifications are something I’m incredibly proud of, but I also remain humbled by what they represent. My education gave me the knowledge to help others, while my own journey gave me an understanding of what it feels like to actually be the person trying to change.

From there, I slowly began building my home training setup. Piece by piece, what started as my own place to train grew into a fully equipped gym where I now have the privilege of training clients and helping them work toward their own goals.

That’s how Hoffman Fitness came to be.

I didn’t start Hoffman Fitness because fitness has always been easy for me.

I started it because I’ve been the guy staring at a number on the scale wondering how I ever got there. I’ve experienced what poor choices can do to your health. And I’ve experienced what can happen when you finally decide you’ve had enough and commit yourself to changing.

I know what it’s like to start over. I know what it’s like to struggle. And I know what it’s like to realize you’re capable of far more than you thought you were.

I’ve been on that side of the journey.

And if you’re standing there now, I’d be proud to help you take that first step.

At my heaviest - 380lbs

85lbs down. Roughly 70 pounds of body fat gone - while building significant muscle along the way.

And still going!!
